Polityka prywatności Pipe Garden

1. Administrator i kontakt

Statystyki gry bez identyfikatora gracza.

3. Zakupy i RevenueCat

Płatności obsługuje Google Play. Nie otrzymujemy numeru karty ani danych logowania do płatności. RevenueCat pomaga zweryfikować transakcje, udostępniać kupione funkcje, zapobiegać powtórnemu przyznaniu zakupów i analizować sprzedaż.

Dostawcy infrastruktury przetwarzają dane techniczne potrzebne do obsługi połączenia.

4. Reklamy i wybory prywatności

Korzystamy z Google AdMob i mechanizmu zgody Google UMP.

5. Kontakt i ta strona

Gdy do nas piszesz, przetwarzamy adres e-mail, treść wiadomości i dobrowolnie przekazane załączniki w celu udzielenia odpowiedzi.

Logi mogą zawierać adres IP, czas, żądany URL, informacje przeglądarki i szczegóły błędów. Dostawcy infrastruktury i poczty mogą przetwarzać dane na nasze zlecenie.

6. Podstawy przetwarzania i odbiorcy

Informacje o zabezpieczeniach można uzyskać u nas i w dokumentach dostawców.

7. Przechowywanie, bezpieczeństwo i usuwanie

Google i RevenueCat chronią transmisję danych szyfrowaniem.

8. Twoje prawa i młodsi gracze

Pipe Garden Privacy Policy

1. Controller and contact

The controller for data associated with Pipe Garden is Kacper Orzechowski, trading as TND Games. Contact contact@tndgames.com for privacy enquiries and data requests. This policy covers the Android game and this page.

2. Data stored in the game

The game does not require a TND Games account. Progress, preferences, hint balances, limits and purchase-delivery records are stored on your device. We do not operate a gameplay cloud-sync server. Purchase and advertising providers nevertheless process data.

Clearing app data or uninstalling may permanently remove progress and additional hints. Restoring permanent purchases uses Google Play and RevenueCat and does not restore consumable hint balances. Device backups may be managed separately by your operating system and its provider.

Game statistics without a player identifier. To understand whether and how the game is used (for example how many people are playing right now, where installs come from, which levels are hard, whether rewarded ads, full-screen ads and purchases succeed, how much ads earn and which errors occur), the game sends simple events to PostHog (servers in the EU, Frankfurt): session start (with the number of whole days since the game was installed, read from Android, the number of completed levels, so we can tell whether players come back, and the device's language and region setting, e.g. id-ID — a setting, not a location — device model and Android version), once after installation the install source reported by Google Play (utm campaign parameters: source, medium and campaign name, and whether the install followed an ad click, without the click identifier), an activity signal every few minutes, level opened and level result (level number, stars, time, leaks), hint use, rewarded or full-screen ad outcome (the ad type; on an error, the step and numeric error code), Google AdMob's estimated revenue for an ad impression (ad format, value, currency and estimate precision), purchase state (no amounts or transaction identifiers; on an error, the step and the store's numeric error code), the rating prompt being shown, for diagnostics the name of a program error (exception) with the first stack frame, without the message (at most 10 per launch), plus the game version. Events from one session are linked by a random identifier kept only in memory and discarded when the game closes; no player profile is built, and no advertising identifier or account is used in PostHog. For this purpose the game stores only markers on your device that the install source and level 3 completion have already been sent, so they are not sent again. PostHog discards the IP address and does not derive location. Statistics are sent from the first launch of the game.

Rating prompt. After a well-completed level the game may once ask for a rating through Google Play's system sheet. Google decides whether the sheet appears; the rating and review go directly to Google Play, and the game receives neither their content nor whether a rating was given.

3. Purchases and RevenueCat

Google Play processes payments; we do not receive your card number or payment login credentials. RevenueCat supports transaction validation, purchased features, duplicate-delivery prevention and sales analysis. Data includes purchase history, transaction identifiers, purchase tokens, an SDK-generated user identifier, entitlement status and technical app/device information. An SDK identifier is not a player-created account.

If you choose to enter an access code, our server receives the code and anonymous RevenueCat identifier to validate the code and grant access. The identifier is sent to RevenueCat. Our grant register retains a hash of the identifier and a bonus grant identifier to prevent duplicate hint credits while this feature operates. Server application logs do not record codes or request bodies. Infrastructure providers process technical data needed to deliver the connection.

4. Advertising and privacy choices

We use Google AdMob and Google's UMP consent mechanism. Players without Premium see two kinds of ads: rewarded ads, only when the player asks for one to receive extra hints, and full-screen ads between levels, after completing a level and moving on. A full-screen ad appears from level 6, at most every second completed level and no sooner than 90 seconds after the previous ad; if it is not ready or cannot be shown, the next level opens at once. Ads do not block access to levels. Advertising may involve IP addresses and inferred approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, app/ad interactions and diagnostics. Purposes include advertising delivery, measurement, personalization where permitted and fraud prevention.

Where required, the privacy form explains choices and partners. You can revisit “Privacy choices” in game settings when available and manage the advertising identifier in Android. Declining personalization does not necessarily remove all ads or technical processing: in regions where consent is required (such as the EEA), Google may serve limited ads, which are not personalized, without consent. Premium removes ads but does not automatically erase previously processed data.

Measuring our own ad campaigns (Google Analytics for Firebase). From version 1.7 the game uses Google Analytics for Firebase to tell which of our Google Ads campaigns bring players who actually play. It collects automatic events (first open, session start, engagement time, the Google Play install source) and one event of ours: level 3 completed (sent once per install). Data processed includes the app instance identifier, the Android advertising identifier (when available), device model, OS version, language, approximate location inferred by Google from the IP address, and these events. Google passes this information to Google Ads as conversions so the campaign can reach similar players. In regions where consent is required (such as the EEA), Google applies the choices from the privacy form. You can manage the advertising identifier in Android settings.

The game does not ask for your age and has no age-selection screen. It is intended for ages 13 and above and is not directed to children, so purchase, advertising and PostHog statistics services start from the first launch for every player. Ads are shown to all players without Premium, limited to Google's content rating T (Teen) or lower; personalization depends on the privacy choices described above. An age group stored by an earlier version of the game is no longer used or sent.

5. Support and this page

If you contact us, we process your email address, message and voluntarily supplied attachments to respond. Do not send passwords, complete card details or unnecessary personal information.

This page’s code contains no analytics, external fonts or tracking scripts and does not set cookies. The site uses a VPS running nginx and Cloudflare infrastructure. Infrastructure providers may separately use technologies needed for security and delivery, including cookies. The nginx HTTPS access log is disabled, but HTTP requests before redirection to HTTPS and server errors may be logged. Logs may contain IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs, browser information and error details. Infrastructure and email providers may process information on our behalf.

6. Legal grounds and recipients

Where GDPR applies, game and purchase fulfilment relies on performance of a contract; enquiries, security, fraud prevention and game-usage statistics without a player identifier on legitimate interests; and required records on legal obligations. We rely on consent where required for advertising or accessing information on a device. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Recipients include Google, RevenueCat, PostHog (as statistics processor), hosting and email providers, and authorities where legally required. Providers may process data outside the EEA, including in the United States. Applicable transfer mechanisms may include adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, depending on the service. You can request information about safeguards from us or consult provider documentation.

7. Retention, security and deletion

Local data remains until removed from your device. We retain purchase records as needed to maintain entitlements, settle transactions and handle complaints or claims. Correspondence is retained while handling an enquiry and for a justified period for legal claims. Local nginx logs are checked daily for rotation, with a limit of 14 archived rotations; empty logs are not rotated. This does not guarantee that every entry is deleted after 14 days. We retain logs for diagnostics and security and review their usefulness and retention settings. Cloudflare and other providers may retain their own technical data under the rules applicable to their services. We keep legally required records for the required period. When the processing purpose and obligations justifying further retention end, we delete or anonymize the data; for data processed on our behalf, we send the appropriate request to the provider.

Google and RevenueCat encrypt data in transit. No storage or transmission method guarantees absolute security. Uninstalling does not automatically erase third-party records. Contact us to request deletion of data processed on our behalf; we may request minimal information to locate the transaction and verify the request. Google may keep its own records under its obligations and policies. We cannot promise that all provider records will be erased within a single timeframe.

8. Your rights and younger players

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. You may complain to Poland's President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) or your local data protection authority. The game is intended for ages 13 and above, not children under 13. Contact us if you suspect that a child's data has been processed. The age threshold does not replace local parental-consent requirements.

9. Changes

Updates will be published here with an effective date. Material changes will be communicated appropriately in the game or when requesting consent.
